This hand-knitted skeleton is not meant for laboratories
Portraying human anatomy with the help of creepy skeleton made out of melted cassettes is a thing of the past. Now cometh the era of some beautifully knitted skeleton that might leave most of us in awe. Sculpted by Ben Cuevas, a Los Angeles based mixed-media artist, has come up with this magnificent creation showing a neat rib cage, spine and jaw line. The scary yet innovative sculpture sitting in the lotus position rests atop a pyramid of condensed milk cans. Ben exhibited it at the Wassaic Project Summer Music and Arts Festival in NY.
