Portal 2 Gun made from wood and metal fit for Victorian Era

The Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device (known more commonly as Portal Gun) which was an experimental device for creating link between two portals debuted back in 1950s era and ever since then has been popular with geeks. Portal gun has had many remakes, replicas and altered versions but this one is all different from the usual league. Created by sculptor Duncan Shirah, the Portal Gun is made out of wood, metal and glass which lend it a very distinctive look that is unmatchable. In a way it seems to me like a toned down Steampunk wooden version of the Portal Gun which would have been fit for the Victorian era.

Like all Ducan’s creations this one is also crafted to perfection with each detail emulated like it is meant to be. The Portal Gun might be portrayed as a device of the distant future which created two portals between far-off places letting a person be transported instantly and this one surely looks like the one to do it in real life.
