Pharrell Williams’ single Happy touts world’s first 24 hours music video

Pharrell Williams happy 24 hour music video

You must have seen some really long videos but none in comparison to pop star Pharrell Williams’ debut video for his new single “happy”. The video is 24 hours long, yes right, you can relish it all day long. The 24 hour music video, which is available for streaming on features young and old dancers lip-syncing and moving rhythmically to the music by Williams. You can see lots of extras and some celebs like Steve Carrell and Magic Johnson in the video dancing throughout the course of the day in the city of Los Angles.

The song is basically 4 minute pop song played on loop i.e. the same song played over 360 times in a row. What’s interesting is that each changing cycle reveals a new dancer(s) at a different location. The 24 hour music video (produced by Iconoclast and directed by We Are From LA) has a very unique clock interface to allow viewers to forward or rewind the video and to share the moments they like directly to Facebook or Twitter.
