A tonneau-shaped Hublot is surely a surprise that is worth owning and it is named as Spirit of Big Bang signifying an evolution of watchmaking in terms of materials used as well as the combination in which those materials are used to produce the case. The watch features BIG BANG codes, lugs on both side and 6 H-shaped titanium screws throughout the watch bezel. In the watch there is SuperLuminova filled baton that indicates the promise of Hublot’s signature reliability and that is further exemplified with over-molded rubber screw-down crown having iconic letter H embracing its look. The case of this unique wristwatch has been designed using a very unique case construction method that permits a number of combinations such as titanium, ceramic, King of Gold (18 K gold with 5% platinum for deep red color) along with the rubber and alligator skin. It has satin finished sides and micro-blasted areas for a very sophisticated look that is reminiscent to the Hublot range.

Exhibited at SIHH 2014 (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie), Spirit of Big Bang has a Hublot HUB4700 movement based on Zenith El Primero chronograph that is redesigned by Hublot in collaboration with Zenith team. Deemed as one of the best Swiss chronographs developed yet, the chassis has date frequency of 5 Hz at 36,000 beats per hour and embedded with 278 components including 31 jewels. The water resistant watch (100 m or 10 ATM) has a power reserve of 50 hours courtesy the sapphire dial and automatic self-winding skeleton movement.

Hublot Spirit of Big Bang is available in black or brown depending on the version you choose from among the four options namely titanium, titanium ceramic, King gold or King gold ceramic.
