Rolls Royce engine powered Aeroboat speedboat
Drawing inspiration from the Spitfire fighter plane, Yacht design studio Claydon Reeves has made Rolls Royce powered Aeroboat that is going to be revealed at the Salute to Style event in July. The high-performance speed boat is stamped with British class and exuberance all over it, specifically targeted for the elite buyers. This stylish speedboat is made from carbon fiber material to keep the overall weight low and dressed in Kevlar and lightwood veneer material for a very elegant look that suits the elite class.
On technology front too this speedboat is a winner with its air intake scoop, aircraft inspired controls and shock-resistant seats that compliment Spitfire’s own landing gear. The speedboat is powered by Rolls Royce Merlin V12 engine that is capable of producing 1,600-2100 bhp (820 kw) of energy, taking it to speeds of 75-95 knots even in the most rocky waters.
The boat is capable enough to accommodate 7 passengers on-board and for now this exclusive piece of British design will be limited to 12 units, with each unit being built to order only. The customer will have the liberty to configure their cockpit layout and cabin details.
