Ritot is the world’s first projection smartwatch for uber’ geeks
Normal watches are so mainstream and you have been wearing them for ages. It’s time to wrap a projection watch on your wrist that projects the current time, notification from your smartphone and more on the back of your hand. Yes Ritot is a revolutionary smartwatch that has projection technology which works well in the night time as well as day time. You can choose from more than 20 projection colors to suit your mood and attire. The waterproof smartwatch automatically displays a notification and then disappears in 10 seconds. The notifications can be anything from your Twitter network to incoming calls on the smartphone.
The unisex smartwatch comes in two different models – Sports and Bracelet; which are available in three different colors – white, black and black. The watch is charged via a specially made charging dock that can juice it up wirelessly too. The makers claim that the watch has a 150 hours of projection time and can last up to 1 month in standby mode. One question mark over this smartwatch would be its readability in direct sunlight conditions, and that will only be evident once we see it in prototype or final commercial version.
Ritot is up on Indiegogo platform for funding right now and amassed almost three times the funding amount with more than a month still left to go. The watch looks good in the concept and if is as good in real life when it will finally be available to Indiegogo pledgers and other buyers, then it surely will rock the wearable technology market. The Indiegogo pledgers will get Ritot smartwatch for around $120 and after that it will be available for $160 off the shelf.
