RollEvac military rescue monocycle concept by Sadok Sakly
Inspired from the rolling golden spider of the Sahara desert, one idealistic designer has envisioned the future of military rescue operation vehicle. Young Tunisian designer, Sadok Sakly has put forth his project for futuristic military medical monocycle called RollEvac which takes us to the future of transportation in critical situations.
RollEvac is a monocycle like design which is an all-terrain vehicle for emergency situations when the wounded soldiers need to be transported from the battlefield. This evacuation vehicle rolls just like a golden rolling spider and is best suited for inaccessible places like dense forests, cliffs and deep gorges where even air rescue is very difficult.
The monocycle vehicle is going to be loaded with high-end radar which locates the position of wounded soldiers and immediately takes them to the infirmary. It will also have a transport board to place the wounded aboard the vehicle. Along with that, the vehicle will have a soft cushioned wheel base for riding on tough terrain.
