New Sezam NFC wristband to be showcased at CES 2015
Soon NFC (near field communication) tags will take shape of wristbands, ready to replace tickets, tokens, and invitations into dematerialized, completely virtual things. Sezam NFC wristband is the real world manifestation of the aforementioned concept. If we consider the value of time in the modern world, then Sezam wristband is on the right track, it’s a bliss. Specifically, this wristband could be very fruitful and time saving in matters where tickets or tokens are required to enter football stadiums, music concerts, conferences or other kinds of sports/entertainment activities. When you can carry a virtual authentication of payments (the Sezam) for the entry, you don’t need to stand in those unending queues to get your ticket anymore.
The implications could also be extended to facilitate quick payments at clubs or other commercial community places. Keeping in sight the pace of human advancements, in near future, you won’t have to carry a purse anymore, thanks to the genius of NFC wristband, Sezam. All your bills, coins, receipts and all payment methods are going to be virtualized. The time required to pay bills or buy a ticket to super bowl would be reduced to seconds.
That is all we known about the Sezam wristband for now. More details would be released at CES 2015 where it’ll be displayed along with a number of other technologies from around the world.
