Foldable Inu electric scooter goes at a top speed of 25 kms
Haifa-based Green Ride has come-up with a foldable electric scooter dubbed Inu that comes with the promise of ultra-portability, since it folds to the size of an average suitcase. The smartphone-controlled electric scooter weighs just 18kg, reach top speed of 25 kilometers per hour and can go 20 kms without needing a recharge. The 500W/750W electric lithium-ion battery charging docking station that comes with the electric scooter is compact enough to be stored at home or in your office without any problem.
The Inu electric scooter has remote-controlled automatic folding system that ensures quick assembling and disassembling of the EV in mere 4 seconds. It can carry a person of 120kg with ease and optimally a person weighing 80kg can go to a distance of 40km on one charge.
It also has a vehicle controller system for controlling all electric systems and mechanical components to ensure complete safety while driving. These include front hydraulic brakes, rear regenerating brakes, front and rear shock absorbers, lights, horn and alarm.
The scooter comes with a security feature that locates it automatically in the event of a theft via the compatible app. And it comes with one year limited warranty for any electric or mechanical failure.
You can pre-order Inu Electric Scooter in two color options – white and blue for a price tag of €2,999 ($3479 USD) and it will be delivered by May/June 2015.
