Car and Driver to reveal high tech dash cam at CES 2016
At the Consumer Electronics Show 2016 we are going to see many interesting gadgets. One of them is going to be an automotive accessory by Summit CE Group developed in collaboration with Hearst Brand Development. The accessory in question is a Car and Driver dash cam that mounts to your car’s windshield courtesy the suction cup at its bottom. The dash cam is created in close research with New York’s leading automotive magazines to give the drivers exactly what they want.
Car and Driver dash cam records video in 1080p resolution and comes with general features like loop recording, accident/motion detection, parking mode, night vision, lane departure warning and speed alerts. The hardware of this dash cam is plug-and-play and requires no software installation. Every mile of your journey is going to be recorded in HD and the added safety features will make this dash cam a good proposition for buyers.
The dash cam is going to cost in the region of $39-$299 depending on the model you choose. Wide range of the pricing clearly suggests that Car and Driver are going to release quite a lot of models for this dash cam.
