Polaroid Snap+ instant photo printing camera grabs attention at CES 2016
At CES 2016 Polaroid have introduced a new camera that prints photos in an instant and is focused on simplicity. Polaroid Snap+ has a 3.5-inch LCD screen which helps the user in framing the right shot and avoiding any mistakes that would put the photo on paper to waste. Wanting to expand their market across audience, this one has an improved 13-megapixel CMOS sensor and 1080p HD video recording capability which is an improvement on the previous version ‘Snap’. As this is the age of taking selfies, the camera has a selfie mirror which ensures you click attractive selfies and instantly print them.
Just shoot and print instant photos without any hassle
The nostalgic camera has slot for 128GB microSD card on which you can store quite a lot of photos and videos. It combines the fun instant photographs and modern aesthetics of storage to give users what they want. One noteworthy feature of Snap+ is the ability to print photos from Bluetooth connected devices like smartphone (both iOS and Android) which expands its appeal even more. And you can add photo filters or stickers before finally printing them out.
Polaroid Snap+ uses 2×3-inch Zink Paper to print photos using ZINK Zero Ink Printing Technology. The camera prints photos in well under a minute’s time which is great for instant sharing with friends. The camera is all set to be available for purchase later this year for a price tag of $100 and I’m sure there will be many takers for this one.
