Prosthetics have taken a huge leap in the last few years and the coming future is bright for such bionic body parts that are now heading towards drastic evolution. A future that is reminiscent of movies like Terminator Genesis. We have seen a lot of prosthetic arms and hands in the past, but this one is different from the league. Meet tattoo artist JC Sheitan Tenet from France who is now the world’s first amputee to get a prosthetic tattoo arm. After having lost his arm in childhood, Tenet is one lucky chap with an artificial arm that looks straight out from a Sci-Fi movie.

French artist JL Gonzal made this customized prosthetic arm from metal bits, pressure gauge and of course an existing prosthetic that Sheitan had. In the video you can clearly see him having no problem with making tattoos using this unique bionic arm. The prosthetic tattoo arm is extremely easy to use, and makes you believe it is way better than a tattoo artist with inking equipment.

However, Sheitan admits that he cannot use it every day because it requires tedious cleaning routine and is a bit bulky. That said, Gonzal is already planning on making a second prototype of the prosthetic arm which will have more advantages.

This clearly shows how prosthetics are evolving and are being accepted by people in a positive way. For Sheitan, life couldn’t have been better and now that he is one unique tattoo artist, he’ll definitely attract more crowd in his tattoo parlor.
