First look at Google’s self-driving, all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivan

Waymo, earlier known as “Google Self-Driving Car Project”, has finally revealed first images of its joint venture with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) – fully autonomous, self-driving 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Minivan. The images were released with the announcement of production of 100 unique minivans. Two partners worked swiftly to complete the assembly of the new minivan in just six months after it was kicked-off. The minivan packs Waymo’s fully self-driving system. Xiaomi to launch Mijia – $298 portable e-scooter for personal mobility

Xiaomi Mijia e-scooter 7On December 15, 2016, Xiaomi will launch its 12.5 Kg electric-scooter in consumer market for selling price of 1999 yuan ($290). The objective of this portable e-scooter is to offer short-distance indoor-outdoor mobility like the Segway One S1 or single-wheel mobility concepts.  However,  Mijia is slimmer, lighter, and minimal in design.  Mijia claims to offer 25 km/h speed with a range of 25 kms on single charge. The 2018 Tesla Model 3 to feature 250 miles range with minimal interiors: Report

The 2018 Tesla Model 3 electric car announced by the CEO Ellen Musk in March this year is being speculated to be the best EV available currently in consumer market.  Now, some reports are suggesting that Model 3 would feature upgraded lithion-ion battery pack that can extend its range upto over 250 miles in a single charge.  In March, however, the announced specs had claimed the range to be somewhere around 215 miles.  Also, the 17-inch portrait touch-screen is replaced by a new 15-inch landscape touch-screen, as per the reports. The car can accommodate five passengers and can attain a speed of 0-60 miles per hour in less than six seconds.  The charging time is likely to be the same as that for Tesla Model X and S – between 2-4 hours. That’s the reason why this homemade Spitfire by 63-year old Alan James from England is so special. Embarking on this project was not easy for him as he had to search across Europe for the specialist parts required to make it. After putting numerous hours and almost £18,000 into building the homemade Spitfire, James now flies proudly in his aircraft. Mind you, it took him almost three years to build this masterpiece.
