A turntable made from Millennium Falcon toy is what this DIY by Marco from Picotek Design is all about. After turning a Han Solo’s 1977 toy replica that Marco got for just $2 and amalgamated it with a relic from the 70s era, a Technics 1200 turntable with help from his buddies over at Green Guy Recycling. So practically speaking this has to one cool DIY project that cost this just under $5 and the music this turntable plays well you can imagine, some rocking Star Wars melodies.

Using HTC Vive VR headset, the wearer is transported to Luke Skywalker’s home planet after the defeat of the Galactic Empire. Dubbed as ‘Trials on Tatooine’, this VR experience was revealed to a group of journalists at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. This is a unique way to experience Star Wars as you fit into the shoes of an unnamed Padawan holding a Lightsaber.

Definitely you can surpass that number by employing fuel-efficient driving a.k.a hypermiling, but two blokes extended that figure by almost double and forced the Tesla Motors CEO to retweet their achievement. Bjørn Nyland, a programmer at the University of Oslo and his friend Morgan drove Tesla Model S P85D 452.8 miles (728.7 km) on a single charge which is a record of sorts.
