Hyperloop pods run on solar energy to transport you across cities at 1,220 km/h

Hyperloop solar powered transportation

Millionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk has a vision for future of transportation that will run solely on Sun’s energy. He calls it the Hyperloop and if what he envisions can be transformed into reality then we could be seeing people reaching from San Francisco to Las Angles in 30 minutes time. Somewhere between an electric car, Concorde plane, rail gun and a spaceship, this public transit will have passenger-packed pods zipping past at speeds of 1,220 km/h with each of these pods about 6.5 feet away from each other running in low pressure tubes from one destination to the other. Since these pods will be running on a cushion of air with almost zero friction just like the Maglev train, therefore it will be able to traverse from one point to the other with least problems.
