Further With Ford trend conference always has something interesting to throw at customers. This week, at the conference in Detroit, Michigan, Ford engineers showed an innovative in-car water dispenser they have been working on. Dubbed “On-the-go-H2O” the system is designed to recycle condensation produced by your car’s air conditioning into clean, drinkable water. The idea is conceived to work out a way in which all that water going waste due to condensation can be reused with a purpose, so that people driving in areas with scarcity of water can have their car’s own built-in system provide them the water they need. Google and Ford partner to make invincible self-driving cars

Google has invested a lot of time and money in their self-driving car project, and like many other automotive giants they also believe that the next decade will see a lot of autonomous vehicles on the road. Living by this belief, Google has partnered with Ford to make self-driving cars to bring automotive technology and their own self-driving software prowess together to create a vehicle which is invincible. The two will create an independent company to take forward this dream and it is most likely that they will announce more details on this at CES 2016.

This suit has been developed in association with scientists from the Meyer-Hentschel Institute in Germany to simulate the effect drugs have. The focus is on Hallucination and restricted body movement which adversely effects control of driver on the vehicle.

Ken Block, the king of drifting has never seized to amaze motorsport fans with his unbelievable moves on any kind of surface. The legend is back with his Ford F-150 RaptorTRAX to take on the snowy landscapes of Baldface Lodge in Nelson, British Columbia. His accomplices, well two Monster Energy snowboarding legend athletes Zak Hale and Ethan Deiss. The task was not that easy as the deep snow of Baldface Lodge could have been too difficult for a monster like Ford F-150 RaptorTRAX. That is why Ken and his Hoonigan Racing crew began modifying the suspension, chassis and drivetrain. Changes were also made to the roll cage, engine and the gearing system.

Chicago, the home for major Pinball manufacturers is going to see Mustang-themed Pinball Game as a part of the muscle car’s 50 years celebration. At Chicago Auto Show 2014, three Mustang-themed pinball games will steal the show, as Ford and Stern Pinball (Leading Pinball machine manufacturer) will pull the drapes off the three Mustang Pinball machines. Two Pinball machines will have Mustang Boss models (new and old) and one Limited Edition model signed by game’s designer featuring 1965 and 2015 Mustangs, all of which will be having genuine Mustang badges.

And now, Block’s Hoonigan Racing Division team has put up a collaborative effort with California’s Special Vehicle Concepts to create the Ford F-150 RaptorTRAX speed monster. Touted as the world’s fastest snowcat, the hefty craft is an upgraded version of an original SVT Raptor SuperCab. And, the ultimate result is a boisterous back-country snowboard vehicle with a robust Whipple supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine. This is bolstered by a ‘gripping’ array of Mattracks rubber tracks that are much more reminiscent of mighty tanks than those paltry, ordinary snowmobiles.

All-American automaker Ford will now be using the exalted CES platform to exhibit their advanced C-Max Solar Energi car. Envisaged as a plug-in hybrid automobile, the specialty of the C-Max lies in its ability to be powered directly by solar energy. In other words, the electric car doesn’t require conventional outlets (all the time) to be juiced up; instead it can also utilize the natural sun rays for the powering up scope.
