Created as a tribute to his beloved Tuscan home by the Italian designer, the timepiece is crafted out of Carrara marble, one of the most prestigious marble in the world. Naturally characterized by its white color and dark gray veins of varying tones, the piece of marble for creation of the watch is extracted from the caves of the Apuan Alps in Carrara located just 100 km from Florence. Every piece of Giuliano Mazzuoli’s Carrara watch is unique as each marble lot is different and each stone has its own characteristics.

It’s only been couple of months since the company had introduced their first Android watch, the LG G Watch. Now they are back with their new smartwatch, whose video teaser was introduced on the official LG Mobile Global YouTube channel. Dubbed LG G Watch R as per the rumors, the video reveals a round-faced smartwatch with a button on its side.

Again, this much awaited gadget is in the limelight with some newspapers and Apple analysts giving out latest speculations about the watch. According to reports, Apple is working on three iWatch models ranging from 1.6 to 1.8 inches to be launched this fall. It is assumed that the iWatch will be coming in a 1.6-inch variant and two1.8-inch variants. One of the larger models will come with a scratch-resistant sapphire glass display protection.
